What type of glue for a timber surfboard?

I used Gorilla glue https://uk.gorillaglue.com/gorilla-glue-original/ throughout because it is waterproof, strong, no mixing or special preparation is required and as it dries it expands so fills small gaps. Word of caution though, make sure to clamp everything well or the glue will push the elements apart as it expands.

A quick test of the glue showed it bonded well to the plywood and the glue was stronger than the wood.
